Can’t send texts to androids

Keeps saying Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active.

Unable to send iMessage due to message blocking on T-Mobile anyone else ever see this message when trying to send a text? "Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active" No one is block me and I am NOT blocking anyone I can text some people and others won't go through, and sometimes it changes who i can and can't text, it's very annoying. I have T-Mobile and visited two different stores and they can't fix it. I did everything Google said to do also. Check the following in Settings:

Open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ Send as SMS: Ensure that this switch is set to ON.

If the above is setup correctly and SMS messaging still is not working, then contact your carrier for further diagnosis and a resolution.
