Already registered Apple Pay cards don't show up when making online payments

Hello, I am writing because there is a problem with my Apple Pay.

I live in Canada and have registered my TD bank card with Apple Pay. Payments in offline stores using Apple Watch or smartphone tagging work well, but my card doesn't show when I make online payments like Amazon online. So if you press the Add Payment Card button and try to add the card again, it says it's already registered, and eventually you can't pay online.

TD bank is an Apple Payable card and my iPhone area is well set up in Canada. If anyone knows a solution to why my registered card is not showing when I pay online, please reply 🥲🥲
