The same thing was happening to my friend’s phone too, then he went to authorised apple store where he came to know that there was manufacturing fault in the particular lot of phones and his was one of them…, so he got it repaired from the store without any charges.
I’m using iPhone 13 model. I used to unlock the phone with my face. My sister can also open my face lock. I don’t know how this is possible cause IOS has more securities. But both face are not similar. I’m facing this issue from the beginning when I purchased. I want to request the IOS team to take it over.
