i phone 13 yellow display issue

after updating to 16.6 my iPhone 13 display became yellow so i visited i care

since my device is out warranty, they are charging for service, but it is not my mistake why should i pay for the service and i am not at all getting reply from apple service

yellow display I am dissatisfied with the quality of device I have purchased. I bought iPhone 13 pro Max last year (02/03/2022) and after two months of completing it's warranty it's screen turned completely yellow unable to interface. I have already raised request and went to multiple service centre situated in Mumbai, India. They all said that I have to get paid service for which I have pay for the entire new display. But, if you go through my case (Case no. 102002331250 ) There is no physical damage, not even a slight drop but still it's display malfunctioned. I went on internet and got to know about this issue with lots of users especially 13 series. My request is to provide with an in-warranty service because this is an quality issue from apple iPhone. I am very disappointed and I am hoping to get a satisfied resolution from you.

Yellow Screen of Death - iPhone 13 Pro Max Earlier today, while using my iPhone 13 Pro Max for work as usual, I suddenly noticed yellow horizontal line glitches flashing on the upper and lower edges of my screen while chatting with my colleagues. Within minutes, the entire screen was covered with these yellow lines, making it completely unusable—I couldn’t see anything or even restart or shut down my phone. I’m extremely frustrated. After reading through discussions in this community, I’m shocked that this issue is still happening in 2025. I don’t have AppleCare coverage at this point, but I strongly believe that affected users deserve compensation or, at the very least, a waiver for the repair costs. Apple needs to take responsibility for this recurring issue. I am now on the way to the inspection station.
