Bad sorting of emails to Junk. Anyone else?

I see old posts but no real answers. There are days where all my emails to @mac.com go to junk on every device (even though says ipad- had to tag one of them). Some days not all but definitely not junk. Running all latest software versions. Yesterday it included mail from @gov and @mail.mil. There appears to be NO rational behind it. I have zero rules set so this is all apple.Anyone has a fix, would be great to hear.
