I disabled the depth effect option for the wallpaper but it still shows the “depth” or “ring” around the image

Sorry for the confusion, but we understand now.

Does it happen with more than one photo?

If you are still seeing the depth effect after it is disabled for wallpaper, it might be a software glitch.

If so, we recommend restarting your device and keeping it updated as those steps assure you have cleared out any minor software issues and are running the most current version.

If the photos are from a different source than your device, try taking a photo with iPhone and testing as your wallpaper to see whether the behavior occurs. If so, it may be the affects used to generate the original photo.

If you're taking photos with your iPhone and this occurs, try adjusting the camera settings and then set the photo as your wallpaper.

Turn on Mail Drop for large attachments

You can use Mail Drop to upload large attachments to iCloud, where they’re encrypted. Recipients see an attachment or a Mail Drop link in the message, and they can download the files for up to 30 days after they’re sent. See the Apple Support article Mail Drop limits.

1. In Mail on iCloud.com, click  at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Preferences.

2. Click Composing, then select “Use Mail Drop when sending large attachments.”

3. Click Done.
