I have an iPhone 13 Pro with dual physical SIM. How can I make e-sim available?

My phone is iPhone 13 Pro. It takes 2 nano SIMs. When I check in settings, the option for ‘add eSIM’ is absent. Does that mean I cannot use e-sim?

Same answer stated another way:

IF you have slots for 2x nanoSIMs …

It then IS a Chinese market iPhone …

Therefore it does NOT support eSIM.

If your friend’s iPhone 14 has a single nanoSIM slot, it DOES support eSIM.

If he can’t “see the option” he simply needs to contact his eSIM-provisioning carrier.

A “Most of the World” iPhone 14 has 1x nanoSIM slot and DOES support eSIM.

A “Chinese-market” iPhone 14 has 2x nanoSIM slots and does NOT support eSIM

A “US-market” iPhone 14 does NOT support nanoSIM and ONLY supports eSIM.
