stuck in loop of apple logo with a green flash

I was picking up my luggage at the airport when my phone (an iPhone XS) suddenly turned of and showed the apple logo for about 15 seconds and then the screen flashed green.

Forced restart doesn’t work, using the PC to reset it is also not working.
