Problem downloading multiple files from iCloud, files are downloaded individually.

When downloading multiple files from iCloud on my PC, all the files to be downloaded are presented individually for downloading.

I am expecting a Zip file containing all the downloaded files, this was the behavior previously.

I select the files by clicking the first file, pressing shift and clicking on the last file, this selects all the files clicked on and in between.

I then click on the download button at the top of the screen.

Content may not always download as a ZIP file. There currently isn't an option to force this behavior. We would encourage you to leave feedback regarding this here: Product Feedback - Apple

We'd recommend reviewing this article as it provides options for downloading files from iCloud to your PC: Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support

"Copy files from iCloud.com

Use these steps to download files stored in iCloud Drive, or files that are accessible from iWork apps on iCloud.com:

Sign in to iCloud.com.
Open iCloud Drive.
Find and select the file.
Click Download at the top of the page or double-click the file. The document downloads to your default downloads location.

Copy files from Windows

If you turned on iCloud Drive using iCloud for Windows on a PC, you can copy your files from the iCloud Drive folder in File Explorer. You can also copy your files from iCloud.com.

If you need help with any third-party data that is stored on iCloud, contact the app developer directly. Third-party data might use your iCloud storage, even if you can't see the details."

Hi: Thanks for the reply, following your steps above, under step 3:

I am selecting multiple files, not a single file.

I get a prompt on my PC, if I want to copy multiple files. Responding yes will then give me the option to download each file individually, responding no will prevent any files from being downloaded.

When downloading photo's, you will get the option of saving them to a Zip file on your PC.
