Trying to install Goodnotes and Zoom apps on my NEW iPad 9th gen.

So far I have:

Touched on the App tile

A pop-up window appears with a rectangle that says Install

I tap that tile

A window appears mostly blank but with words at the top: Copy and Paste

Pinch and spread with three fingers to copy and paste a selection

then three dots beneath that message

This screen has a box above the writing with three large dots

That's it, nothing after that
