Unauthorized transactions in my Gcash account

Apple Services Merchant deducted Php 499 in my gcash account without my permission. I am not sure with the date of my first transaction and I agreed to deduct Php 49 in my Gcash account, they have my consent. The second deduction was last week, they deducted Php 49 TWICE without my permission and I did not complain. Another unauthorized transaction made last night, this time, they deducted Php 499 without my permission. This is unacceptable. Please refund my money. I will also escalate this complaint to Department of Trade and Industry for better action.
