what should have full disk access under Privacy & Security?

I have a handful of items listed (but currently turned off) in the box within Privacy & Security for Full Disk Access. What should "Safely" be allowed to have this?

is there a way to check to see if one site is malicious?

do I have malware or a virus? It says iCloud hacked I was exploring different sites about how to edit my videos for YouTube and I may have been infected by malware or a virus. As soon as I opened Safari, a message popped up in the upper right corner saying my iCloud has been hacked. It went away too soon before I could get a screenshot It did bring me to this site that I was able to capture (see pic below). I had read another post and downloaded the Malware free trial software and it performed a scan - it said I have none but is that even a credible app/site? Is there a way to check if I have Malware without using the malware app? Thank you.

MacBook Air M2 with possible malware/spyware coding? Are these normal MacBook Air M2 codings for someone who is not a computer coder to have on their MacBook? _AuthenticationServices_SwiftUI.framework dyld_shared_cache_arm64e And many other extensions, plugins, cups (whatever that is), remote viewer server launched at random, etc. I am not a computer coder nor have jailbroke any of my devices. Now I am dealing with pervasive identity theft. Any correlation with these hardware or malware files? I really need more tech support and I've been to the Apple Store three times, but unless they send it out (which I can't afford) they cannot help me very much...anyone else having these issues?

Delete all of them. Then, when an app or process wants Full Disk Access, it will ask for it.

That list is empty by default.
