Antivirus notifications on my MacBook Pro

I am getting these notifications in my Mac that my Mac is infected and your antivirus is expired and in the settings app in notification and focus bar it is saying about press allo .I am attaching these pictures of notifications about virus . Please help me to resolve this issue .Tell me why I am getting these notifications now.
