multiport charger for ipads

I am a teacher who needs to charge 27 iPads. I have tried using 10-port charging stations, but they overheat. I tried only plugging in 5 iPads at once, and purchased several charging stations, along with a heavy duty power strip, but I'm still having issues. I need some education.

Magsafe Duo Charger won’t charge both devices simultaneosly! I bought the Magsafe Duo Charger for my GF as a gift. She was complaining that it only charges one device at a time. I did everything, I bought the recommended 29W charger with a USBC cable and still the Magsafe Duo Charger won’t charge both devices simultaneously! (iPhone13Pro & iWatch) I tried all chargers I have at home, plugging it to a Mac computer … nothing works. Unbelievable! It’s an overpriced POS that does not work! I’ve had it. Apple used to be good stuff a long time ago, but now it’s just crap. DO NOT BUY!

Power Strips for 9th Gen Ipad 20W USB-C Chargers Our school purchased 9th Gen ipads for 4 of our classrooms. Each room has a cart to store and charge up to 30 ipads. We are attempting to re-wire the carts for the new, larger USB-C chargers, and we found that the size and orientation of the new chargers do not fit on our existing power strips inside the cart. What we need is a power strip that is oriented like the one below, has 15 outlets, and is no longer than 26 inches. Has anyone else ran across this problem? I have looked for power strips with USB-C outlets, but see ones with only 4, and they might not charge Apple products.

There are many good quality commercial multi-port Power Adapters that have four power outlets of adequate output to fast-charge (where supported) your Apple iPad's and other devices. Extending to more than four charging ports will considerably restrict your options.

When selecting a multiport Power Adapter, ensure that it supports USB PD (Power Delivery). Apple does not support QC (Quick Charge) or other proprietary charging standards.

Two four-port Power Adapters would prove eight charging ports - and reduce the immediate impact if one might fail or be otherwise unavailable.
