Why my pictures will not send in text messages it keeps saying failed

Assuming you’re not sending these to Apple devices, you are using MMS, which is governed by your cellular carrier.

MMS requires both the following:

Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = “on”
Permission to use MMS under your plan from your cellular carrier.
