I have an IPhone SE, 3rd generation, 7. When my phone rings, my RINGER only rings ONE 1/2 times.and it connects the call without me doing anything. I do not have Attention Aware Features on my phone

When I receive a call, the ringer ONLY rings for 1 and 1/2 rings. I discovered that there is A feature called, attention aware. Supposedly the way it supposed to work is if you are looking at your phone as you’re answering it, there’s no need for the ringer to continue. So I tested it turn the phone Face down and called the number. The phone again only rang 1 1/2 and it connected the call without me answering it.
