Appstore review keyboard landscape mode

This issue persists to iOS version 16.6 on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I’m unable to write reviews in the App Store. Portrait mode is locked. This issue has been reported by community members for version 16.2 before. Is restarting each time the ONLY solution still?
