I joined Apple Music Family Sharing while on my 6 month free trial. I just checked my subscription its still on my free trial, how can I change it with the Apple Music Family Sharing? Should I cancel the Free Trial and join again with the Apple Music? Or will it automatically join the Family Sharing while after the free trial?

If someone in the family has started an Apple Music Family Plan then your subscription should cut over automatically, however it might be best to cancel the automatic renewal before the date at which you otherwise first expect to be charged. Cancelling the renewal shouldn't actually close your iCloud Music Library as there is an alternative subscription for it to attach to, but again keep an eye on things and contact Official Apple Support if necessary.
