I m not receiving my incarcerated sons phone calls I have all blockers turned off T mobile and Securus Tech is set up correct for payment and he is mused approve to call my number but can’t not get thru and it does not ring on my iPhone when he attempts to call me

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We understand you are having issues receiving calls from your son. For this, we would suggest contacting your mobile carrier to troubleshoot and look at your options. If "Silence Unknown Callers" is off, this is more than likely a carrier issue.

I have the same issue as the other user Mychevy13. I have reached out on the phone to T-Mobile and Securus but they don’t see any issue as to why my incarcerated son’s phone calls don’t come through. It was fine until April 1, 2024 and then all of a sudden I don’t get calls and they don’t show up as a missed call and not even in the recent calls. This is the case with my husbands iPhone as well. Suggestions? My last thought is to go to the Apple Store for help or to completely reset my phone and start from scratch
