unrecoverable error security agent was unable to create requested mechanism builtin:prelogin

I erased my system because I was about to send my mac for repair. After I got my mac back,

I was trying to recover the system from my time machine backup and after serveral hours waiting, and I got this error.

Now here is the tricky thing. After I saw this error. I tried various ways to reboot my computer and redo the system recover, but everytime I ended up with this error message, here is the list:

directly press on/off -> apple logo -> this error

command + R -> apple logo -> this error

option + command + R -> apple logo -> this error

shift + option + command + R -> apple logo -> this error

option + command + P + R -> this error

option -> select "macintosh HD" -> this error

shift (safe mode) -> this error

command + V -> this error

So basically I have run out of all startup options.
