"Apple no longer offers Safari updates for Windows. Safari 5.1.7 for Windows was the last version made for Windows, and it is now outdated." Should I understand it is now definitely not possible to load Mail messages with a PC connected to icloud ?

The system I'm using is MS Windows 10 Enterprise. I'm trying to read my mailbox messages on icloud, and it appears this message, I have access to the mailbox, but not to the content of the messages, the following message appears : "This message cannot be loaded at this time. Try again later", and I have tried again, and again, and again, trying to connect with my phone connection only, avoiding the network of my company. Still the same ... I have no idea on how it can be done ... thank you for your help ...

Safari for Windows was discontinued over a decade ago, and has nothing to do with iCloud. Its never been related to iCloud or iCloud Email in any way, shape or form.

Accessing iCloud email should be possible from any current web browser such as Microsoft Edge, or Chrome or Firefox etc... and logging in to iCloud.com
