MyPoints, InboxDollars, and Swagbucks won't load on my MacBook Pro.

I slowly started having issues in chrome at first until they just never worked and I switched to safari and now they never work there either. The sites aren't down because they will load on my iPhone, iPad, and my decrepit iMac, but I do most of my shopping on my MacBook Pro and it no longer will load the sites or let me use any of the extensions. I've tried safari and chrome. I've tried restarting. I've tried deleting cookies, cache, history etc. I've tried using other websites (isitup.org) to make sure the websites are up and they usually are. I even did a DNS cache clear because one website listed that as a last resort. I am at a loss. This is a longstanding problem for me. I see a decent amount of posts on various websites with this same issue, but it seems to be a temporary thing for them with most of the things I've done already fixing the issues, but I'm still stuck with none of them working. Anyone have any ideas? MacBook Pro is 2017, generally runs fine except for some battery issues, has Ventura 13.5.1. I have no issues with any other websites I visit frequently or Safari or Chrome in general. Help me please. TIA
