How to disable option+F2 opening display settings?

Hello, all.

I have a problem. Even though the standard function keys are enabled in the keyboard shortcuts settings, the option(alt)+F2 shortcut (without the Fn key) brings up the display settings.

I can't use this keyboard shortcut in other apps, as the system intercepts it and opens the system preferences.

macOS Ventura Version 13.5.1 (22G90)

iMac "Core i7" 4.2 27" (5K, Mid-2017)

Apple Keyboard (EU) (A1243)
