Disable Option + f14 shortcut

I have just purchased a new MacBook m2, and there is a system wide shortcut (option + f14) which will open up system settings > displays. I would like to disable this shortcut so that I can use it for another alternative.

I have opened System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts... > Display : but this only provides options for just f14 not "option + f14"

I had a Imac 2015 which I paired a Huion KD100 Keydial and I remapped the dial to do the keystrokes of: option+f13 and option+f14 to rotate the canvas. Now I cannot remap this shortcut to the Keydial, because it's a system shortcut.

Send help.

The method introduced at the following URL allows you to disable Option+F14 on Mac. You enter specific commands in the Terminal.

This method enables you to set canvas rotation (Option+F14) in Photoshop.

Option+ Picture key (the other function of the F-key) opens the Settings for that function.

If you want to use Option-F14, you must hold down the fn key, too.

Or, set the keyboard settings to use all F1, F2, etc as function keys.

By default, you are not pressing the Function key unless you hold down the fn key. If you change the system to use them as F-keys, then you must hold the fn key to get the pictured functions.
