Green screen on iPhone 14 Pro Max

Today I'm experiencing the same green screen issue on my 14 pro max. Consumers go for an iPhone with the confidence of the quality the product. Apple should come up with a solution since we pay a considerable amount for a mobile device. I use my mobile carefully & now I see so many people are facing the same issue. Apple should find a solution for their customers.

its happend with my wife too when she update phone its turn to Green Screen when i visit apple store in albany new york they told me to change phone screen which is 279 plus sale tax.

i ask them i ll pay money but you have give me broken screen back but thy refused thy told me we send to apple.i think its total scam.

at this point i come to know that its total scam going with apple customer.

I declare Jihad on all Apple service centres in Africa due to no commitment to fix the green screen of death. I paid my iPhone 14 Pro Max 1 TB for 1800 Euros…I will burn down any Apple service centre that refuse to fix my phone! I am serious!!

I brought a iphone 14 pro max before 9 months and 2 weeks back the display went green and then black. Its in the warrenty period and gave it for service , now they are saying that someone have opened it already and cannot service it now. This was given in nagercoil iplanet . Is this a scam? Does apple think 1.5 lakhs of money is just for fun. For sending it for service the datas have been also erased stating privacy. They also mention if we can pay 41 thousand the data can be taken. Or have to erase before sending for service. I have been using Apple products for more than a decade. This recent experience with apple is just a scam and making people fool.

This thing happened to me just 2 months after the warranty was out. Blurr and Green Screen of death, always had a screen protector and case since day one. No scratches, or cracks. Tried every effort mentioned to resolve but to no avail. Went to the Switch Malaysia Store and they asked me to pay to replace the screen at my own cost. It costs like buying a new phone. It's not cheap at all! Very disappointed!

My ip 14 pro max had a green screen issue when it is 5 months out of warranty. The authorized repair center checked the unit and have not found any damages or modifications to my unit, which means that the unit I had was defective. I called Apple Support 3 times to ask if they can waive or at least reduce the cost of screen replacement even if it is out of warranty and they declined. It is not my fault if your unit is defective so I should have got at least a discount in screen replacement but the senior advisor insists that they can’t do something about it and instead referred me to resellers and service centers so I can ask them about it. It went on a loop and it is annoying. If your pricey, flagship unit has a lifespan of just around 1 year, then it is not worthy to buy it. I am an iphone user for 9 years and this will be the last that I will purchase from this brand!

I'm also experiencing the same problem, tried a bunch of things but is still the same. I'm going to go tomorrow to the closest apple store and see if they can help. My phone is out of warranty but this is an issue created by the manufacturer they should be able to support on this.

Hi, That's great, you are lucky. I too got my ihone 14 pro max from the US. After one and half years, recently the display turned green. I ran to the apple service centre in Guwahati (F1 Info Solutions at Lachi Nagar). On seeing the phone display, the receptionist said that the display had to be replaced and it would cost Rs. 41,000.00. I wanted to get it done, but, they couldn't help me in recovering the forgotten passcode of my phone. I am highly disappointed!

My iPhone 13 pro just turned green all of a sudden today. I have done all I can do to restart it but it’s not working, apple what’s the meaning of this? This is a big scam, how can I buy a phone of £1000 and not use it for up to 2 years

I found Same issue in Iphone 14 Pro on 04th Oct 2024.

I visited service centre and they told us to pay 40k for repair. At that time there was same 03 case present at service centre. I was surpirsed becuase its 33% of Phone value and second thing phone was less than 02 year old and face this kind of concern.

My phone was used to for business purposes. Neither Dropped nor submerged into a water. Even don't have any single scratch.

I communicate with support team having case ID 102390219405 but no response from Apple.

I have big question after paying huge amount is apple reliable in present time ?

Same issue happened with my iphone 14 pro last week and whenever I am calling apple support my case representative change and ask for some time. Plz can u provide any information to help resolve this issue. 35k is a huge amount to pay for the screen.

Same here, on 2 phones, 1 week apart. My 14 Pro Max went green a week ago Sunday and yesterday my son's 14 Pro Max went green yesterday. I don't think it's a coincidence that we are having the same issue on the same model phones that were purchased at the same time. This is very costly!

20 days ago phone warranty expired and now i got same problem green screen and now black screen and i checked online display price 40k around which is costly

and main thing is phone has not single crake no water damage why should we pay if there was not our fault. Very disappointed please help to solve problem we are salary people how can solve this big amout to pay thanks
