Green screen on iPhone 14 Pro Max

A month ago, Got an notification regarding my ios update for 16.6 on iphone. So installed the update and when the update completed and phone started to reboot it self the whole screen turned into green and i couldn't see anything on it, though screen was responsive. Now the service center is asking me to pay for the screen replacement. Note the phone is under warranty and is 5 months old and has no dents or any physical damage on it. What should i do

I also encountered the Green Screen issue in my 14 pro max after updating to IOS 17.0.3. My phone is 8 months old so it’s covered by warranty. I went to service center and it was Fixed and Screen was replaced for FREE. Im not sure about whats the real cause of the Green Screen issue but maybe because of heat?

I observed that the phone overheats right after the update, coz maybe of the processes that runs in the background.

I too faced same green screen issue on 28 th July 2024 with my iphone 14 pro max.I was using it for last 1 year. One day all of sudden the screen turned green.service centre diagnosed it and told me to talk to apple customer service to help me out with this. after contacting customer care , Nachiket was handling this case.he even assured me to give me an exception and will sort this issue.he asked for 3 days to analyse the report from service centre and other procedures.he even shared his personal voice msg link to contact him. After 3 days I tried to contact him, no response I got from his end.again i dialed customer care number ,every time someone random person was receiving and telling me to authorise him to takeover my case and asked for future 24-48 hrs.i already spent 4 days so I waited one more day but that Nachiket didn't call me back.On 7th August i called customer care to establish contact with Nachiket but they refused and my case id transferred to neeraj.he again asked for 24 hrs and called me back on 8th August after I sent him several voice msgs through that link. Finally he told me that their seniors are not giving any exception and It will be a paid service. For internal failure caused due to update how it will be my fault. After purchasing such a high end phone who will expect such issue without our mistake.though service centre confirmed no physical damage, no dent, no water then apple's engineers thinks it's internal failure and not to be repaired free. They allowing free of cost replacement for 13 pro ,13pro max then why not with 14 pro series. So many people are complaining about this 14 pro series but apple is not uttering a single word. Rather than solving this issue, they are playing with emotions of customer..it's a scam.. 41 k is the cost of replacing screen. Why should I pay for if it's not my fault. Really disappointed. This is my last buy from Apple. I will encourage people to go for other options. Apple has loosed it's credibility it was known for.
