Uninstall paragon and SATSMARTDriver and see if you get panics. Uninstall them one-at-a-time to determine which is causing the problem.

Please use the additional text button below the message area and post the whole report at once:

From what you posted, two things already stand out:

1) You have that poison "cleanmymac", not-so-affectionately know here as "brickmymac", and with good reason.

Never install any application that claims to "clean", "optimize", "speed up" your mac.

Completely uninstall this. In the old days, before the OS was mounted in a sealed volume, it often was necessary to reinstall the OS to undo the nefarious effects of this darned thing. Fortunately this is no longer necessary.

2) You have that enemy of video applications that is Chrome - and especially its minions, the "keystone" agents or daemons, that hog the system videotoolbox for no reason, and completely kill the performance and serious affect video applications like Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci, iMovie...

Read up on https://chromeisbad.com for an explanation of what they do and how to completely remove them.

It may then be necessary to redownload Premiere (this is usually the case with FCP, and I suspect Premiere will be similar in this regard).

None of it matters. Uninstall all third-party kernel extensions using the UnInstaller provided by the developer and test. If you still have problems, disconnect external devices one at a time and test. If you get to a bare Mac with nothing connected and no third-party kernel extensions, you have an internal hardware fault. Take it to an Apple Store genius bar or an authorized service center.

kernel panics are primarily caused by third-party kernel extensions and hardware faults. One of the common internal hardware faults is RAM, and it is probably the only kind that you can detect with Apple diagnostics.

Sep 7, 2023 3:19 AM in response to Luis Sequeira1

I have uninstalled CleanMyMac, some plugins that I had installed in Premiere Pro, and Google Chrome.

At the moment, things are going well. It doesn't get stuck or restart by mistake from Kernel and Cpu Panic.

If you tell me that the Kernel errors are due to Hardware, then I will have to take it to me, right?

I hope the solution is to uninstall those programs. I have a doubt about whether to install it as soon as Sonoma comes out clean.

Etrecheck is a diagnostic program developed by a respected member of this community for use in these forums. It is free or can be paid for extra features, and can be downloaded from its website.

If you look around this forum you can see many threads with those reports. We ask for them because we need information about what macs are, os versions and software modifications in order to try and figure out what the cause of problems may be.

I'm asking another question

I bought my iMac in April 2019

Do you think they should open it and do some maintenance? Or is it early?

No, I don't think there is any reason to open the machine.

We still need the rest of the report - and please post it as indicated, as a whole and using the "additional text".

Some of that information may be vital - like the drives used and the available space on them.

Major Issues:

Anything that appears on this list needs immediate attention.

Gatekeeper disabled - Gatekeeper security protection is disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.

Kernel panics - This system has experienced kernel panics. This could be a sign of hardware failure.

Apple security disabled - Apple security software is disabled. This computer is at risk of malware infection.

Disabling system security is never a good idea.

Minor Issues:

These issues do not need immediate attention but they may indicate future problems or opportunities for improvement.

More than one antivirus app - This computer has multiple antivirus apps installed.

System extensions installed - This computer has system extensions installed. System extensions can be difficult to uninstall.

Heavy RAM usage - Apps are using a large amount of RAM.

Apps with heavy CPU usage - There have been numerous cases of apps with heavy CPU usage.

Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed. These files could be old, incompatible, and cause problems. They should be reviewed.

System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.

Limited permissions - More information may be available with Full Disk Access.

Kernel extensions present - This computer has kernel extensions that may not work in the future.

As already noted, you should get rid of cleanmymac.

Sep 7, 2023 3:24 AM in response to aparre

At this point, it seems more likely that the panics were due to software, rather than hardware.

If things work ok from now, that is great.

Regarding Sonoma, as usual, it is important to have backups just in case, and you may want to wait at least a few days to see the general reaction. Some people prefer to wait until a later release, like .2 or .3 to ensure that initial bugs have been fixed before upgrading.
