Hello, mate. I don't know if you've been able to see what I put in the last post. The same thing happened to me again. I don't know what to do.

Will it be safe to have a 3º monitor? Which premiere media encoder and the 2 external monitors is a lot for the Radeon pro vega 48?

I have updated premiere and media encoder to see if this is solved since it is with that software that I have the problem with

I could format the computer and I start from 0

Remove ram and stay in 64gigas? In case it's the 128gb that generates the conflict?

Is to look for a needle in a haystack. I'm sure that with final cut or davinci it wouldn't happen to me. But I have to work in premiere.

It's just when I export with media encoder several times when it hangs. The fans and the temperature reach a maximum of 72 degrees.

Anyway. I'm desperate

The same thing happened to me again, the computer exporting in Media Encoder and in Premiere, freezes and reboots only with CPU Panic 2 error in this case, exporting reaches a temperature of 72 degrees.

I have uninstalled Clean my Mac and Google Chrome. I have disabled NFTS for Mac.

I don't know what to do anymore, and I'm afraid that because of these reboots, the computer will break completely.

This happens to me since I have 2 external monitors of 27 inches at 2k resolution. But I don't think that's why because this iMac can handle the 2 screens at 2k perfectly.

I'm considering formatting it and installing the latest Ventura and starting over with the clean computer, but it's a huge job.

What do you recommend? Now I'll leave you the check again.

The strange thing is that last week it only happened to me one day that I exported a lot in Encoder.

Today it has happened to me 2 times, I don't understand.

CleanMyMac X It is an application that Apple itself installs 
in its store, how could it be harmful if the same company that 
sells you the hardware and software tells you that you have 
that application there to use on your computer. 
Your words sound like paranoia!!

It is your mac and your choice of what software you want to use. Being installed in an Apple Store and being available on the App Store are not a certificate of quality, just as an application not being on the App Store does not mean it’s bad or dangerous. We long time users, sharing our experience on this forum, do it in good faith and in the interest of the community. We have seen many horror stories with cleanmymac. Before Big Sur it caused many a system reinstall. The very rationale that your mac needs “cleaning” of any sort by a third party is flawed. You can call it paranoia if you like. I call it an utterly unnecessary program that can cause damage to your data, while fulfilling the purpose of separating you from your money. I am not buying and will continue to advise against it.
