Need to use my Right shift key for the question mark key

I am missing my left hand & when I am typing the "question mark" it is difficult for me to press the left shift key in order to use the question mark key. My computer didn't always work this way, something changed & I don't know when or how. There is probably a simple solution for this so I figured the brainy-acks (jk) in this forum would know how to fix this. Any help for this inconvenience would be wonderful!!! Thank you very much!

One quick solution is to use Text Replacements: Change Keyboard settings on Mac - Apple Support.

For example, add a key sequence unlikely to appear by itself, such as

qm

... and replace it with the question mark character.

To use it, you would be typing <space>qm<space> and ? will appear.

There may be better solutions than that; it's just the first thing that came to mind.
