Videos on Safari and through AirPlay dim when bright effects pop up. No other browser does this.

Title really. When I AirPlay my iPhone to my MacBook, or watch YouTube videos on Safari, there are times the video dims really badly when brighter effects come up, such as explosions or bright lights within the video. This only happens during AirPlay, and when watching content on Safari. Chrome doesn’t have this issue. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

My MacBook Air is running Ventura 13.5.1.
