Ghost alarm

The alarms are probably not coming from the Clock app at all. I suggest you go to Settings>Notifications and look at every single app and turn off the sound on any that you don't recognize as being important. There have been numerous reports of unexpected apps setting off alarms. There is no easy way to isolate which one it is other than to disable sound notifications.

My posts keep being rejected - for criticizing apple? A super user since 1985, they don’t want to hear my perspective? Or help with my problems? Got it.

Good idea, but shouldn’t apple be on top of what happens on its tech?

There should be no invisible alarms! This literally makes me lose sleep- bad for health, etc.

Come on. Apple, find a solution. Don’t just make your customers figure it out.

Apple doesn't know what apps you put on your phone. Apple has only limited control over third-party apps.

Come on. Apple, find a solution. Don’t just make your customers figure it out.

Had you backed up your phone on a regular basis, you would not have lost anything... Don't blame Apple for your failures.

If you've established that, you're on the right track. The alarm is coming from some other app. Now, it's just a question of figuring out which one.
