my iphone is froze when I updated with 16.6.1

After updating with 16.6.1 my iphone 14 froze and I cannot access anything including rebooting

Troubleshooting a Frozen iPhone:

A. Start with a Force Restart:

C. Being Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Your iPhone might be stuck in a boot loop. This typically happens when you unsuccessfully download something or an update stalls while in the process of installing it.  So, refer to my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip
