iPhone storage is full. Now it won't turn on.

i read a post about this problem (iPhone storage is full. Now it won't turn… - Apple Community), which is exactly the same problem i have, just that the solution (If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen) says that your need to connect your device to your pc. my charging port doesn't work so i cant connect it to my pc. just wanted to see if there are other ways to fix this problem without connecting to other devices.
