Downloading tv show in SD not HD
I want SD not HD and I cannot get to that. Amazon Prime gives you the choice so I know the show I want is available SD

Just because one service supplies content in a specific format, does not mean other services provide that same format. If there is no option to select the desired format on a service, then it likely is not available in that format from that video provider. If Amazon has the content you want, then get the content there. Even a video provider which may offer some content at a certain resolution for one TV show or movie, may not have the same resolution available for other content since some of that may be controlled by the owners of that content & the video provider's license agreement to provide the specific TV show or movie to you.
