Touchbar not work after update Ventura 13.5.2

Hello,

I am writing to you with an issue that occurred after a recent software update on my MacBook Pro 2017. After the update (08 September, Ventura 13.5.2), the Touch Bar stopped functioning. I have attempted to resolve them using the resources and instructions provided on your website, but it hasn't helped in this particular case.

This is not the first time I've encountered problems after updating macOS. Every time I update the operating system, new issues seem to arise with my computer.

I am confident that this issue is related to the software, as it occurred immediately after the update. It may be a firmware or driver bug, and I would like to request that you conduct further investigation and provide a solution for this problem.

My MacBook Pro model is Mid 2017 15inch. Please advise on how to resolve this issue or provide information about upcoming updates that may address this problem.

I hope that next update of IOS will fix this problem!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 13.5

I have attempted every fix listed here in addition to some others, i.e., plus terminating the Touch Bar in activity monitor, and in the terminal with the "sudo pkill touchbarserver" and "sudo killall ControlStrip commands". I also reinstalled the macOS from the macOS Recovery. So far no success. My final option is restore from an earlier saved version prior to this update. I hope though that Apple recognizes this as an issue and releases an IOS update to fix it. It's very frustrating.

I'm pleased to report that after updating my MacBook Pro to MacOS Ventura 13.6.3, my Touch Bar issues have been resolved. I don't know if the fix was deliberately included or just a side effect of the update but Hallelujah it's working! A couple of times after the update it reverted back to being non-responsive but worked again after I shut off the computer and rebooted.
