iTunes music downloads

My iTunes music will not let me download music. I am currently a subscriber and have been for a while now. Since a couple days ago it stopped downloading and will not show any of my new music in recently added.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities, it's great to have you here.

When you say you're an iTunes music subscriber, are you referring to Apple Music - the streaming service that Apple offers? If so, we have a couple of steps that we'd like to recommend trying. We'll share those below and hope they will get things working. Test the issue after each step to see if it's working again.

Start by rebooting your iPhone and testing the issue again: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Update your iPhone, if any updates to iOS are available: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Test your network by opening Safari and trying to load a website. If the website doesn't load, you may have an issue with your network which this article can help with: If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
