Not a new iPhone user, and have always kept my ringer off. But was recently transferred into a newer iPhone 13 Pro now I have no notifications, despite resetting notifications, and checking all other apps for any notification limitations. This also includes checking in to face ID and passcode settings.

This was not the issue. However, it turns out that my Apple Watch, when unlocked is the issue. The Apple Watch receives the notification instead of the locked iPhone. Which makes sense. Thank you!

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?
Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]
