I want to book a service to overseas of the device firstly brought from.
I have brought this laptop from AliExpress 2 or more years ago. Just recently I got into some trouble with openning my MacBook Pro 2019 16", it is not starting. I checked and saw it was one week earlier while last opened. I tried to change the re plugging, trying different tricks all over but nothing is happening.
I hear nothing, no fan no light or warm or whatsoever, but it never happened that I tried to turn it one but it shows no sign. I tried to recall that it was been charging at the time it was lastly shut down a week before.
It never dropped, never water or something not aware of it but could happen during this couple of days!
how can i take the support from another country than the one I brought this item.
