My iPhone 12 Pro got Soaked in rainwater

My phone was soaked because it started to rain really badly in my area. My phone was working fine until I came home and noticed the brightness of my phone wasn't changing. I then powered it down and turned it on. I then noticed it started to work normally so I was going to make a phone call, and while making a phone call I noticed the screen flicker white horizontal lines, and everything started to glitch. I then completely shut down the phone I took out the SIM card port and let the phone dry because I assumed it had something to do with the rain. From inspecting it the LCI is not red, but I am not risking turning it on again because I am confused where to go from here. It has been around 10ish hours.

If your iPhone or Lightning accessory is wet

Tap your iPhone gently against your hand with the Lightning connector facing down to remove excess liquid. Leave your iPhone in a dry area with some airflow. After at least 30 minutes, try charging with a Lightning cable or connecting a Lightning accessory.
