In your case, the watchdog timer for WindowServer, the task that draws the screen, expired after 120 SECONDS of no response from WindowServer task. WindowServer task has not exited in the meantime, it just did not respond as it was supposed to.

Since the watchdog timer fires in the middle of doing other things, the stuff 'at the scene of the crime' is un-related.
