They replaced my display screen with a used one from another iPhone and now I’m getting the unknown part message, is there anyway of getting rid of it

No, that message will be there forever, so the next owner of the phone knows that it has a a screen that does not meet Apple’s standards.
You will see that “unknown part” notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings ➡️General ➡️ About
