Hi my daughters phone is locked and we don’t know her passcode how can we get in her phone to change the passcode

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.

Without: If you see an iPhone or iPad unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support

You can’t. Your only option is to erase the phone to factory settings, then restore a backup.
