I ordered Apple Watch series 8 from Apple but they send me the empty box I just open it and then one five minutes I call Apple that it’s empty box but they said to me they start an investigation but till now they did not find it. I have all the proof of opening the box and the delivery person who send it to my door . Apple did nothing for it when I try to contact the fedex they ignored my request.

In most cases both Apple and FedEx will need to start an investigation. FedEx can narrow it down as they weigh the packages as they come into their facility and when they leave. If the box showed the correct weight when it left the facility, they can track it down to delivery driver or possibly stolen from your porch. If it was either of those cases then FedEx would be responsible.
If Apple sent FedEx an empty box, then they will be able to tell by the weight when it entered the facility. In that case the Apple investigation will most likely resolve with them sending you a new watch.
happened almost the same.. I ordered online to pickup at store (Best Buy Canada), picked, got back home.. when I opened the box.. SURPRISE! no watch (apple watch 2).
Well.. went back to the store and no solution, they asked me to wait for an investigation.
No other watch or refund so far.
