Hi -liv,
If you need to pair your AirPods, please check out this link, which will guide you through that process: Pair AirPods with an Apple device
Pair AirPods with an Apple device
Pair AirPods with your Apple devices to listen to music, movies, messages, and more. You can also use your AirPods to make and answer phone calls and FaceTime calls with compatible devices.
After you set up your AirPods with one Apple device (like your iPhone), your AirPods connect automatically to your other Apple devices where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.
If you aren’t sure which AirPods you have, see Which AirPods do I have?
Pair AirPods with iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Before you begin, make sure your device has the latest version of iOS or iPadOS installed.
1. On your device, go to Settings
> Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth, then do one of the following:
* AirPods (all generations) or AirPods Pro (all generations): Open the case with your AirPods inside, then hold it next to your device.
* AirPods Max: Take your AirPods Max out of the Smart Case, and within 60 seconds, hold them next to the device that you want to pair until the setup animation appears.
If you don’t see the animation, you can pair AirPods Max with your device manually. Go to Settings > Bluetooth, then select your AirPods. Press and hold the noise control button on AirPods Max for about five seconds, or until the light flashes white.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions, then tap Done.
If your AirPods still won't connect, please be sure to review all of the information outlined in the link you came from, and that all of the suggestions there have been completed, which may help resolve some connection issues: If your AirPods won't connect
Thanks!
