Unable to locate hidden photo album on my iPhone

When I go into my albums, and I scroll all the way to the bottom, I no longer see utilities option to view my hidden photos

I do not have any Utilities or Media Types under my albums? What else can I do?

In Settings, my "Show Hidden Album" is toggled "On" and I still do not see ANY UTILITIES below my regular album folders. Help me find my "Hidden Album". Thank you. UTILITIES used to be there and no it's no longer.

If you open the Photos app on your iPhone, then tap Albums at the bottom of the screen, then scroll down, below your albums you should see "Media Ties" in black print and then a few lines below that you should see "Utilities" in blank print and "Hidden" should be one of the 4 things in blue print below that.

Media ties is not showing for me. I cannot find utilities.

When you have opened the "Albums" tab in Photos you have to swipe up all the way, to see "Others" at the bottom. Do not fall for the "See All" to the right of "My Albums" or you will see less, only your own albums, not the special albums in the Utilities section.

You can see that this is the Albums view. Most Albums are above the People folder, and Media and Utilities are below the People folder. Hidden is in Utilities. Some have pointed out that "Hidden" may be hidden, so you have to turn it on in Settings.
