Hello apple users. I found a way to get to your hidden photo album which may have disappeared after the latest 2024 update. So you go to your photo album. Then scroll half way and you will see PINNED COLLECTION, you then click on the right ( modify its blue) and under suggested you will find utilities ( select it) then you will find your hidden album

Hidden is a view in the Utilities section. Unless it gets moved, the Utilities section is at the bottom of the Main Window. And, as Muhida91 said, you can put it in the Pinned Collections, too.
If you want, you can use Pinned>Modify to just put Hidden in the Pinned Collections, as you can with lots of views like Recently Deleted, etc.

Are you using iOS18? There, Utilities is normally at the bottom of the main window, after Media Types:
But with "Customize & Reorder," things can be moved around or even eliminated. If you don't find Utilities, tap "Customize" to get this menu:
If Utilities is not check they it won't appear-- so it should be checked. You can uncheck things you don't want. And you can move sections up and down to get them in an order that works better for you. So Utilities might have been moved from its normal place.
That didn’t work for me. Can’t find utilities either. Even when I searched for it there were zero results
