True Tone Adjusting Phone Brightness When Not Selected

My phone does not have True Tone selected, but my phone keeps adjusting the brightness of my phone. I don’t like my phone constantly adjusting the screen brightness and I don’t know what else to check.

That is controlled by Settings/Accessibility/Display & Text Size/Auto-Brightness
