Unable to add emergency contacts under the Medical ID tab?

Adding Emergency Contacts:

1. Go Here: Set Up your Medical ID in the Health App on your iPhone - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: How to edit emergency contacts
3. Proceed from there as necessary.
