Keyboard in Arabic and English

I just unboxed my new laptop and the keyboard has Arabic characters as sell as English on the actual keyboard. I don't want this! I didn't select this! Are all new keyboards like this? Im in Australia and I dont speak or write in Arabic...

Arabic and English text on MacBook keyboard Hello, I'm trying to buy a MacBook either online or in store doesn't matter to me, however I do need the keyboard to have Arabic and English text on it, on the website it says "keyboard language" if I select "Backlit magic Keyboard with Touch ID - Arabic" does this mean I will have the Arabic and English text or just the Arabic? I want to have both. also would I be able to have the same options if I bought it in store? or can I only have the multi-language keyboard if I buy it online? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
