Unable to remove my airtags in Find Me; My own airtags are giving me an alert

My iPhone recently gave me a notification that my own AirTags were following me. I tried removing the AirTags from Find My but I week receiving an error messages that says "Find My Unavailable - Unable to remove AirTag. Please try again later."

I have tried restarting my phone as well as have the iOS updated and still having the issue. My airtags were experiencing the same issue but was able to remove those through Bluetooth and repairing.
